This means you don’t need to wait by the door for your pick-up. Best of all, we pick up or deliver directly to your home, office, hotel, university, or business.

No, you don’t have to be home to have your laundry collected or delivered. You can leave us special instructions on where to pick up or drop off your laundry, so you don’t have to be there. When you get home, you can expect clean clothes you no longer need to worry about!
You can expect your laundry to be returned to you the following day (24 hours later) at approximately the same time it was picked up. However, this could vary if you have a larger load than the provided laundry bag. Please note if your laundry was collected on a Saturday, then it will be returned on Monday.
If you need your laundry done urgently, then we offer a same-day express option. This express service covers wash, dry & fold, and ironing services. If we pick it up before 10:00 AM, then your garments will be delivered to you by 5:00 PM on the same day, ready to use.
Yes, our team at Jim’s Laundry Services are professional laundry experts. They wash clean, iron, and repair garments thoroughly with an eye for detail to get rid of dirt, grime, fur, and stains. Our staff undergo Initial, Advanced, and Ongoing training to ensure they know how to best look after your garments. Your local Jim’s Laundry Services expert will provide you with an invoice after the quote has been approved & laundry service has been conducted. Payment is to be made by direct bank transfer to the payment details listed on the invoice.
For our NDIS clients, we are a registered provider and able to process directly through the NDIS Agency Portal or with your Plan Manager.
